Guarantee insurance indemnifies the beneficiary of a guarantee if the contracting authority fails to perform its contractual obligations in full or in part.
The beneficiary of the guarantee is indemnified if the customer of the guarantee has not duly performed the obligations arising from the terms and conditions of the procurement organised by the beneficiary of the guarantee and/or the terms of the contract concluded with the beneficiary of the guarantee.
The beneficiary of the guarantee is indemnified if the customer of the guarantee fails to duly perform the obligations assumed in connection with the work performed and the services provided.
The beneficiary of the guarantee is indemnified if the customer of the guarantee does not return the amount of the advance and it was not used for the purpose specified in the contract.
The beneficiary of the guarantee is indemnified if the customer of the guarantee does not properly perform their obligations during the guarantee period.
The beneficiary of the guarantee is indemnified if the customer of the guarantee is unable to fulfil the obligations assumed in the travel service contract.
